Shipping policy

At Dirty Hands Co., we build gear for the people who keep the world running. Because we focus on quality and custom craftsmanship, every item you order is printed specifically for you the moment you place your order.

1. Shipping Rates & Territory

  • Cost: We are proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders.
  • Territory: Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. How Long Will It Take?

Your total delivery time is split into two phases:
  • Phase 1: Production (2–5 Business Days) Since your gear is made-to-order, it takes a few days for our printers to prep, print, and quality-check your items.
  • Phase 2: Transit (3–5 Business Days) Once your order leaves the facility, it is in the hands of the carrier. Based on your settings, transit typically takes between 3 to 5 business days.
Total Estimated Delivery: Most customers receive their order within 5–10 business days.

3. Order Tracking

The moment your gear hits the mail, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once the label is created.

4. Multiple Shipments

 

Because we use specialized printers for different items (e.g., hats vs. hoodies), your order may arrive in multiple packages. Don't worry—you’ll receive tracking for every piece of gear in your order.

5. Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark items early) and then contact us at knotthatcomplicated.support@gmail.com. We’ll get it sorted.
