Dirty Hands Co. is a gear brand built specifically for the skilled trades. We make apparel and accessories that celebrate the people who work with their hands — electricians, carpenters, mechanics, welders, and every trade in between. Wear it to the job site, the shop, or anywhere else.
How long does shipping take?
Since all of our products are made to order, please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order ships. Once it's on its way, delivery typically takes an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location. Total estimated time from order to doorstep is 5-12 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is on us — always. Every order ships free, no minimum required.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future — follow us on social media for updates.
Where are your products made?
All Dirty Hands Co. products are printed and fulfilled on demand. This means every item is made specifically for you when you place your order — so no wasted inventory and a product made fresh just for you.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Contact us at knotthatcomplicated.support@gmail.com and we'll get it sorted out fast.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're sorry about that! Send us an email at knotthatcomplicated.support@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because production begins quickly after an order is placed, we have a very short window to make changes. Contact us immediately at knotthatcomplicated.support@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
What sizes do you carry?
Our apparel is available in a range of sizes from S to 3XL. Size charts are available on each product page to help you find the right fit.
